My Story
Trading has always fascinated me — not because of quick wins, but because of the clarity and structure that separates amateurs from professionals.
Before Lean Trading, I worked in transformation consulting, helping organizations redesign their processes for maximum efficiency and impact. Over time, I applied those same principles to my trading: identifying core edges, building repeatable frameworks, and removing unnecessary noise.
But I noticed something: most traders either
